In the name of ZOEY
We are a group of volunteers dedicated to promote and support the canine and feline SPAY & NEUTER efforts of individuals, rescue groups and independent rescuers in the Houston, Texas area. We no longer operate as an animal shelter but we will continue to offer vouchers to SPAY & NEUTER dogs and cats in low income areas.
To help our animals find the perfect home, we regularly transport cats, kittens, dogs, and puppies to the Seattle, WA and Vancouver, BC areas. Please see our Petfinder page for the amazing animals flying to your area!
We are dependent on the generosity of sponsors and donors as well as fundraisers and events to continue to offer these vouchers and to provide aid in medical treatment for special cases. Special cases require a committed foster for 30 days in the Houston area. if you are interested in becoming a foster please apply to become part of our team.
How can you help?
- DONATE securely through PayPal to help us with the growing medical bills for these great pups & kittens here.
- FOSTER Fosters are always needed to provide a normal home environment, to socialize the pets and to get them ready to go to their fur-ever home. We will from time to time need fosters for the special cases we will oversee, and because rescue groups in town will continue to need reliable foster homes for the dogs and cats they intake. You can apply to be a foster here.
- VOLUNTEER to help us provide information and resources to the community, to help us spread the word about SPAY & NEUTER and to help the families in need with transportation and education on how to maintain and care for a pet. It is a very rewarding experience to be a ZOEY Human and be a part of saving the little lives that very much depend on caring and compassionate humans to do so. You can apply to VOLUNTEER here.
